case dirty, and with minor verdigris, gilding with minor losses and polish residue, some case components loose, porcelain panels very good, top panel with crazing and minor losses to gilding, hands good, rear glass with crack at top, scratches, and chips at lower left and right, running and striking correctly, rod attached to repeat button too short, will not release strike train, repeating is functional, alarm functional, hammer needs adjustment. Our attribution is based on the fact that a number of these clocks are known bearing Drocourt's mark; the A.D. mark on the gong base may be that of Alfred Drocourt.
