DESCRIPTION: Clocks- 3 (Three): (1) Brewster and Ingrahams, Bristol, Conn., Round Gothic shelf clock with a spring (brass) driven, 8 day, time and strike movement in a mahogany veneered case, c1848. (2) Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Round Band" shelf clock with a spring driven, 8 day, time and strike movement in a mahogany veneered case, c1885. 3) Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., Cottage shelf clock with a spring driven, 30 hour, time and strike movement in a rosewood veneered case, c1885.
CONDITION: (1) The case has been refinished and has some veneer issues. The dial has been repainted. The hands are original. The upper door glass is original, but the lower glass is replaced. (2) The case has original finish and multiple small areas of veneer loss. The dial has likely been repainted. The hands are original. The door glasses are original. (3) The case has its original finish with some veneer issues on the base. The dial has been poorly repainted. The hands are replaced. The door glasses are original. NOTE: The dimensions are for clock number one (1) ;
