DESCRIPTION: Clocks- 4 (Four): (1) Ansonia Clock Co., New York, "Berkeley" shelf clock with a spring driven, 8 day, time and strike movement in a walnut case, c1900. (2) Waterbury Clock Co., Waterbury, Conn., "Newburgh" shelf clock with a spring driven, 8 day, time and strike movement in an oak case, c1900. (3) Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Albion" shelf clock with a spring driven, 8 day, time and strike movement in a walnut case, c1880. (4) Waterbury Clock Co., Waterbury, Conn., unidentified model shelf clock with an spring driven, 8 day, time and rack strike movement in an enameled iron case, c1900.
CONDITION: (1) The case retains a light finish. The paper dial is in very good condition. The hands are original. The stenciled door glass and pendulum are original. (2) The case retains some original finish. The paper dial is replaced. The hands are original. The stenciled door glass is original. (3) The case retains an original finish. The original painted dial shows very minor loss. The lyre movement is signed. (4) The case is in good condition. The yellowed dial and hands are original.
