Ball Watch Co., Cleveland, Ohio, "Queen", lady's pendant watch, 0 size, 16 jewels, stem wind and set, circular damascened nickel plate movement with lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, gold jewel settings and gold timing screws in a 14 karat, yellow gold, engine turned and engraved hunting case with raised five petal flowers, reserve for monogram, and presentation on gold cuvette and Arabic numeral, single sunk, white enamel dial, blued steel spade hands, serial #B056709, 34.6g TW, c1900, with associated box.
CONDITION: CASE: Rear cover with dent and corresponding dent on cuvette; Very fine scratches on outer surface of case; Very fine scratches on inner surface of case; Cuvette with a few dents; Front cover reattached to hinge; Rear cover with slight gap at band when closed; Front cover with gap at band when closed; Bow loose; Crown with wear; Precious metal content marked. DIAL: A few fine scratches, otherwise very good. HANDS: Minute hand replaced. MOVEMENT PLATES: Fine scratches on plate; Winding wheels with a few tiny specks of oxide; Oily; Specks of dirt. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks), would benefit from service. Box with dirt and wear.
