DESCRIPTION: Southern Calendar Clock Co., St. Louis, Mo., "Fashion No. 3" shelf clock with a Seth Thomas spring driven, 8 day, time and strike movement and a R. T. Andrews perpetual calendar mechanism in a walnut case.
CONDITION: The case is in very good condition with minor loss along the very edge of the base. The case has been refinished. The time dial has been professionally repainted by The Dial House. The calendar dial has also been repainted. The upper dial has craquelure, but the lower one does not. The hour and minute hands have been replaced while the seconds bit and the calendar hand appear to be original. The movement is signed. The calendar drum papers may be replacements. The door glass and Fashion insignia are replacements. Pendulum with central star is correct.
