DESCRIPTION: Birge & Fuller, Bristol, Conn., 8 day, time and strike wagon spring driven brass movement steeple on frame with candle finials.
CONDITION: Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in an old finish has some veneer repairs, small loss on the front half round molding, some minor damage on the bottom door and some corner damage on the base. Original bottom tablet has some background loss. Mirror is a replacement. Original painted dial has wear, stains and some loss at the mounting pins and the winding arbors. Original hands. Signed movement. Stained label inside.

DESCRIPTION: Silas B. Terry, Terryville, Conn., diminutive shelf clock, 30 hour, time and strike, spring driven movement in a reverse ogee mahogany veneer case with a painted wooden dial and reverse painted dial surround and stenciled William B. Fenn lower tablet
CONDITION: This is a rare model. The case retains its original finish nicely rubbed down. The movement is an unusual type with winding arbors are above the main springs and count wheel revolving around the center arbor. The only negative is the dial is a replacement. It has a good label inside. The Fenn eagle glass is original and in excellent condition.

DESCRIPTION: Seth Thomas Clock Co., Plymouth Hollow, Conn., 30 hour, time and strike, weight wood movement stenciled half column and carved eagle splat and claw feet shelf clock.
CONDITION: Mahogany and mahogany veneered case shows remains of original finish has a veneer repair at the door lock, a small fleck and a small repair at the door bottom. Faint original stenciling on the columns. Original tablet has some very minor loss. The left side return is missing. Original painted dial has minor wear on the inner chapter ring. Original Seth Thomas movement. Very nice label inside. Correct style hands, but minute hand is too long for the early style dial with minute markings inside chapter numerals.

CONDITION: Mahogany veneered case in an old finish in nice condition with original stencils. Dial has been restored and whatever finish that was applied has yellowed. Original glass tablet has been restored in place. Tablets with this large gold leaf border has been seen on several other Mitchell clocks. Period 'eagle" hands, carved paw feet and pineapple finials. Dark, but readable label inside.

CONDITION: Refinished mahogany and mahogany veneered case has a small repair on the upper right corner of the door. Original scrolls and feet. Tablet is a nice replacement. Original painted dial in nice condition for its age with some soiled areas at the winding arbors. Key escutcheon is a replaced. Finials are modern and Seth Thomas style- not the right type for this maker. Original movement. Period hands, but the minute hand is from a later wood movement clock which had minute markings outside the chapter numerals, thus it is too long. Clean, interesting label inside.

DESCRIPTION: France, three piece mantel garniture set, 8 day, time and strike, spring driven pendule de Paris movement, the case with cast Rococo style base supporting a sphere with applied roman numerals, the hands in the form of a snake, all surmounted by a cast metal putto with outstretched wings holding a garland, the two matching side pieces with putti holding aloft the candleabra.
CONDITION: the cast metal base has lost much of its gilding. The spherical body of the clock and two hemispheres of the side pieces have been painted a dark shade of pink. Very nice snake-form hands. Count wheel and bell movement is stamped with a single anchor mark. The movement is oily.

Two matching brass candelabra holding six candles each.
CONDITION: impressive brass case has remnants of original gilding, with a bit more remaining on the two candelabra Polychrome porcelain dial is very good, as is the convex beveled glass covering it. Square movement is signed by Tiffany in the upper left corner and with the "J.E.D." trademark on the bottom. Movement strikes on a gong.

DESCRIPTION: Ansonia Clock Co., New York, "Florida" base with figural "Group No. 1089" shelf clock, 8 day, time and strike, spring driven movement with visible Brocot escapement in a festooned fluted column topped by two children.
CONDITION: original Barbedienne finish has been touched up with gold highlights, done with some restraint and care. Enamel cartouches are in good condition. Hands appear correct. Rear rack and snail movement is signed by Ansonia. Small discoloration on the top of the column below the statues.

CONDITION: Polished brass and gilt ornaments case is very nice with a couple wear spots on the top. Original porcelain dial is perfect. Original hands and pendulum. Left beveled glass panel has a small chip in the upper corner. The other glass panels are fine. Movement is signed.

DESCRIPTION: Ansonia Clock Co., New York, "Paragon" Crystal Regulator shelf clock with a spring driven, 8 day half hour strike movement with visible escapement in a bronze case with a rich gold finish and a mahogany base and top.
CONDITION: The case is in excellent condition. Much of the gilt finish has worn away over time leaving the rich surface lustre of the bronze case. The porcelain dial is in excellent condition. The hands are original. The rack and snail strike movement is signed. The mahogany top and base have a nicely aged original finish. The front, back and one side door glass have small chips to the beveled edges.

CONDITION: The case is in excellent condition and has been very nicely refinished. There are two minor surface scratches on the right hand side of the case. The dial is a replacement paper dial. The hands are original. The movement is signed. The door glass is original. A scarce Ansonia wall hanging model in very nice condition.

CONDITION: Refinished walnut and walnut veneered case in very nice condition. The panel that holds the dial has some shrinkage cracks. Original paper dial has stains, some loss at the seconds bit and couple abraded spots. Hands are the proper type, but replaced. Movement is signed.
