GRO (winds, sets and ticks well), the mvt bottom plate has a very thin coating of oil which has collected some fine specks of dirt on approximately 75%+ of the surfaces and excessive oil elsewhere, otherwise in good condition with very minor spotting and no major scratches. The silvered dial is in good condition with some fine scratches near 8 and Co and a light stain near 5 and very minor spotting seen under magnification.
